THE CENTERED SELF EXPERIENCE

This can be especially true for Care Givers who may feel that they need to put the needs of their loved ones before their own.
When we are in Heart Coherence we shift from a Self Centered point of view to a Centered Self experience and we begin to realize that we are capable of taking care of others with more empathy.
